Jeff Garber is a seasoned attorney with almost four decades of legal experience, in both the private practice and in-house general counsel roles, with a strong focus on business, government, real estate, development and construction, finance and insurance matters. He is currently in private practice and worked successfully in private practice at other times during his career. He served as the Chief Legal Officer and Corporate Secretary for a major corporation, guiding complex corporate business involving energy, mineral, project development and infrastructure transactions and regulatory matters. He was also the General Counsel for a large government entity, where he oversaw major litigation, water and energy projects, and various complex agreements. Jeff holds a J.D. from California Western School of Law and a B.A. in English from Rutgers University. He is an experienced litigator having tried multiple cases to verdict and experienced in managing other attorneys in complex litigation.
